rizviGrafiks is a graphic design agency based in London which specialises in logo and brand design, web design and development as well as video design and production.

We have over 10 years of experience and have worked on 100s of different projects for a wide array of businesses and organisations. rizviGrafiks work hard to ensure every project is completed to highest standard no matter what the size of the project is.

Our work process

We have a straightforward approach to the way we work in order to streamline projects and reduce hassle from our clients. Our work process is by and large the same for all our projects:

1. Briefing

Before we get started and we can give you an accurate quote for your project, we need to know as much as we can about it. The more you tell us, the more accurate the quote and the better we will be able to work. Before giving you a quote, we will send you a quote form for you to complete which details everything we need to know from you.

2. Concepts

When you agree to the quote, we will send you an invoice for a deposit payment, which 50% agreed quote. Once we receive the payment, we will get started on designing some concepts / first drafts for your project. The timing of this depends on the complexity of the project, and we will let you know how many days you should expect your first draft in.

3. Revision

After we send you the concepts/first draft we will await your feedback. This process can go back and forth and usually takes up most of the time in a project. We allow for a certain number of revisions to be made within the quote, and charge for any additional revisions to the project.

4. Completion

We only sign off on projects that our clients are happy with. Based on feedback we make sure we make all changes in order to ensure our clients are happy with their project. Once we get there, we’ll send you an invoice and provide you with all the required files and details you need.

Communication

At rizviGrafiks, we like communicating through single thread emails – this keeps all communication neat, tidy and on record to make referencing earlier. We find that through phone calls and texts sometime important information can get lost and forgotten.

Deadlines and delivery

We try our best to meet deadlines, but in order to do so we expect our clients to make sure they have provided us with everything we need for us to be able to our work properly and on time. We will let you know what’s needed from you side at the beginning of any project.

Payments and refunds

We require a 50% deposit on all projects and before doing any work. This is standard industry practice, which helps us manage our cash flow, filters time-wasters and ensures that both parties are dedicated to the project.

We like working with clients that pay on time and pay the actual amounts agreed, as its only fair to pay for the hard work that’s been done. A refund of 50% of the deposit payment is available if you are not happy with the first draft / concepts.
